After 11 incredible years with Air Arabia, Captain Ioannis Mitsotakis recently completed his final landing from Kuwait to Abu Dhabi—but his journey with us is far from over. “Retirement from the flight deck is not the end of a journey, but the beginning of a new mission,” said Captain Ioannis. “I’m excited to continue my path as a Simulator Flight Instructor at the Air Arabia Academy, where I can share my experience, mentor future pilots, and help shape the next generation of aviators.” At Air Arabia, we believe experience is meant to be passed on. Captain Ioannis’s next chapter reflects our commitment to growth and to inspiring the future of aviation. His journey continues, paving the way for those who will follow.
