#AIQ today announces a landmark $340 million contract with ADNOC Group to deploy the world's first Agentic AI solution for Energy #ENERGYai across ADNOC’s upstream value chain. The three-year contract will see ENERGYai and a suite of related AI solutions help drive optimization and efficiency across operations. Announced on the first day of CERAWeek in Houston, where AIQ is showcasing ENERGYai, this agreement builds on the successful completion of a transformative proof-of-concept phase, announced in January 2025. ENERGYai is now set to bring a new level of efficiency and precision to critical tasks, from seismic analysis to geological modeling and real-time process monitoring, reducing time for essential business processes from months to days, minimizing cost, and emissions in the process. In another shining example of the progressive approach adopted by #AbuDhabi and the #UAE with respect to leadership and rapidly converting vision to action, the Department of Energy Abu Dhabi (DoE) recently published an extended report of action points garnered from the inaugural Abu Dhabi Energy & Water Forum that the #DoE hosted in the capital at the end of February. The event  laid the foundation for the #transformation and future-proofing of Abu Dhabi’s energy and water sectors for 2050, drawing over 140 participants from more than 20 companies, in the presence of more than 10 CEOs, and featuring eight breakout sessions. #AIQ presided over one of the sessions, themed 'The Future of Energy,' from which a series of next steps were identified, including: 💡    Sharing case studies across entities inspired by an #AI-first mindset. Enhancing AI use case development and upgrading systems based on business value (e.g., upgrading legacy smart meters, digitizing legacy assets, etc.) 💡 Aligning on sector-wide data governance and assessing current data readiness (data flow, structure, quality etc.) across sectors for AI implementation 💡      Identifying potential opportunities for AI deployment across sectors and creating forums/meetings to share knowledge and best practices (e.g., potential collaboration between DoE and ADNOC Group in cybersecurity initiatives) 💡      Discussing the possibility of creating a unified data platform, leveraging existing programs and roadmaps (e.g., Abu Dhabi’s shared data platform) where entities share data across the sector. Exploring the establishment of an AI sandbox and an Abu Dhabi AI Energy & Water Lab to incubate ideas and accelerate AI adoption and explore data monetization strategies. DoE is working on establishing a steering committee to oversee the development of the data hub and roadmap 💡     Launching training programs/knowledge sessions for sector employees to enhance AI awareness and skills (e.g., #ADNOC AI training). Sharing best practices and tailoring AI training programs across entities 💡      Establishing a shared services platform based on best practices

We are energized by the time spent at CERAWeek, where our focus was on meeting with partners, clients, prospects, and representatives from the broader energy sector. Our message was simple, #AI in general, and #agenticAI in particular, stand as powerful tools at the disposal of the energy sector, to sustain the clean and efficient production of energy to meet growing demand.
