With the
instalment solutions, Visa cardholders will have the option to divide their total purchase amount into smaller, equal payments over a defined time period on qualifying purchases, at the store and online or while traveling abroad, it said.
In some cases it is obvious that goods will be delivered in
instalments, such as monthly collector magazines.
However, it would be difficult to get 100 per cent Aadhaar seeding for the release of funds for the second
instalment, as efficient seeding of beneficiaries' details with Aadhaar requires biometric authentication.
This second dividend
instalment shall be paid to a shareholder who is registered in the shareholders' register of Sanoma maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the dividend record date of 25 October 2018.
