Ecclesiastes 3:1 "There is a time and a purpose for everything under the heavens."

Nicknames: Cassia(Indonesia);[11] dalchini(Hindi); Cannelle(French), Kaneel(German) Canella(Spanish), and Yookgway(Chinese). The scientific name Cinnamomum is from the Hebraic and Arabic term amomon, which means fragrant spice plant.[11] zeylanicum Blume;

Bizarre Fact(s): Ecstacy, the narcotic, can be made out of Cinnamon.[1][2][3][12] Sassafras bark can also be used in the production of MDMA.[1][2][3] Interesting no? It produces something called MDA that exist within something called Safrole that can be found within the plant, and the Sassafrass plant as well. Ancient alchemist knew how to isolate out pure diamonds(phytochemicals) using nothing but alcohol, water, and ashes of the dried plant material...[1][2][3] [ They could make isolates rather naturally ] The process was called calcination.[10] Modern freemasons are into alchemy as well, and that's their emblem of a false god on all the medical symbolism, and on the side of the ambulance(with all the serpents).[5][6][7][8][9] They're the worlds largest and oldest occult secret society, and they are all about supremacy and cheating, as they worship the same god as the Egyptians.[5][6][7][8][9]

Classification: Culinary spice;

Plant family: Lauraceae;(Tropical evergreen family)[11]

OG Observation: On a quick note, I'd just like to start by saying that the "OG Observation" section, is my favorite, and an idea I am very pleased with. OG for those of you who don't know, means "Original Gangster". It means, the first person to come up with something, an original, an OG. I've noticed that real cinnamon(high quality organic cinnamon sticks) are SPICY. They actually produce a bit of heat like a hot pepper. High grade Cinnamon has a big red(the chewing gum) type of flavor and heat to it. I want to encourage everyone to stop buying low grade culinary supplies from fortune-500 sellers. The plandemic was about destroying the peoples economy. I only support sellers on here who are independent, and non-fortune-500. Quality matters, and I wouldn't put it past these supremacist to be deliberately sabotaging the potency of our food(cinnamon, spices, herbs) to null the potential health benefits of that food. The phytochemical potency of food and herbs matter when you're consuming them for health, and not just to fill up your stomach.

Phytochemicals:

The bark contains: cinnamaldehyde ( a vasodilator, and a hypoglycemic agent), Eugenol (analgesics and antipyretic properties, Gossypium (neuroprotective), Caryophyllene oxide, y-muurolene, a-cadinol, and L-borneolare[11] The root bark contains camphor, a type of natural incense that's burned, similar to Frankincense.[11] Having read and wrote about these ethnobotanicals for over ten years, I've learned a lot of stuff, and made a lot of connections.. From my memory(and I cite an authoritative source), I remember learning that Camphor crystals contain safrole, thus MDA(the precursor to MDMA)[12] Generally, Cinnamon produces: alkaloids, carbs, phlobotannis, steroids, terpenoids, flavonoids, antraquinanes, amino acids, glycosides, proteins, phenolic and tannins, saponins, volatile oil[11]

Cinnamaldehyde: This phytochemical is one of the main active components of Cinnamon, and is used as a natural flavorant and fragrance in industry. I want to see more female entrepaneurs(ones who are NOT sociopaths) get in the DIY cosmetic and perfume industry. The best part about being a DIY entrepaneur, is that you can create way better quality products than fortune-500 can(they want to poison you and I[and are actually]). You can create MEDICINAL products. If you were a phytochemist, you could take it a step further, and isolate out the Cinnamaldehyde, and or other fragrant parts of various spices and herbs like this, and use it to create the ultimate perfumes and cosmetics, or even beverages. You could even design stuff with aphrodisiac properties, like a Damiana laced perfume or something cool like that. Your perfume and cosmetics would be loaded with medicines like eugenol, cinnamaldehyde, and cinnamic acid, which are scientifically proven to positively alter cognitive function.[19]

Scientific research into the pharmacology of Cinnamaldehyde shows: "Accumulating evidence supports the notion that cinnamaldehyde exhibits glucolipid lowering effects in diabetic animals by increasing glucose uptake and improving insulin sensitivity in adipose and skeletal muscle tissues, improving glycogen synthesis in liver, restoring pancreatic islets dysfunction, slowing gastric emptying rates, and improving diabetic renal and brain disorders"[17] Just think, this is just what the findings on ONE SPECIFIC CHEMICAL in Cinnamon can do medically... It really brings a whole new perspective on medicine to mind, and illustrates how we as a global population, are being ripped off and screwed around by fascist fortune-500 companies, and serpent medical corporations. but I digress.. The study goes on to state: "In summary, cinnamaldehyde supplementation is shown to improve glucose and lipid homeostasis in diabetic animals, which may provide a new option for diabetic intervention"[17]

I've pointed this out before, but it is stuff like this that made me want to be a phytochemist. I'm glad I didn't study it though, because then the government would never leave me alone(they already don't ever leave me alone). I'm thrilled that I have access to the findings of others hard work though, and can use it to my advantage. I can essentially use other scientist findings on the pharmacology of plants, and food, to become my own doctor. I trust God, and I trust myself, and I trust his seed bearing herbs and food.

Eugenol: This phytochemical demonstrates the following pharmacological activity: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer actions[21] Keep in mind that this is just one specific constituent, out of hundreds of others that studies show produce these medicinal properties... And each botanical itself storehouses and consistently produces these medicines.. The natural systems set in place that create medicines, are out-performing the modern medical industry in terms of production rate, effectivness, and safety. Gods systems of health and wellness really do work far better. Eugenol has been used for "indigestion, blood impurities, generalized stress, cough, parasitic infestations, toothaches, and headache"[22]

Camphor: Camphor is found in more than one plant, and contains safrole and MDA, the precursors to MDMA.[?] It has other non-drug uses though, and is widely sold across the USA. It's not suspecious to own it, buy it, or even sell it, at least not on its own. With the right probably cause however, it can become suspecious. It's often burned as an incense, and used medicinally. It's often used in products applied topically to the skin, and as something similar to Menthol. Unfortunately, Camphor is an industrial staple, and because of this I fear that the socialist will one take try to take total control of its market, and all other markets. We already saw this begin during the planedemic. Camphor produces the following medicinal actions: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-acne, anesthetic, strengthening, and warming properties[23] It's used as a preventative measure in dermatology, and as an ingredient in medical and cosmetic products.[23]

Again, one cannot even begin to fathom how much medicinal potential that herbal remedies like Cinnamon posess.. Each component individually demonstrates a wide range of pharmacological activity... These facts illustrates that Gods medicine is far more complex and effective than man-made knock-offs. Here is a good verse to confirm this fact: Romans 1: 20 For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world,[a] in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse"

What is Phytochemistry? What are Phytochemicals?

Phytochemistry is basically modern plant alchemy without the occult stuff. It's the study of the pharmacological phytochemicals that plants produce.[15] In other words, it is a branch of science that proves that herbal remedies work. Why is this knowledge not mainstream? It's one of those things that's hidden in plain sight. Billions of fools go to the doctor and take abominations dedicated to the false gods of modern medical (asclepious and hermes trigsmagistus), not knowing the cure for their ailments is likely growing in their back yard.[5],[6],[7][9][10][16] Some of the most well known Phytochemicals to the average person include: CBD, THC, Caffeine, Mitragynine.. etc.

Pharmacological / Medicinal Properties:
anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory- anti-mycotic, insecticidal, and anti-cancerous[11] It's used in herbal medicine for the treatment of: diarrhea, flatulent dyspepsia, influenza, cought, bronchitis, angina, palpitations, controlling infections, reducing blood sugar levels in diabetics. Cinnamon can literally remove free radicals from the body[11] Generally speaking, Cinnamon has blood-thinning properties which are shown to help reduce cholesterol levels.[18] According to credible sources, "Studies have shown that cinnamon and its bioactive compounds can influence brain function and affect behavioral characteristics."[19] Interestingly, studies proved that "Cinnamon significantly improves cognitive function (memory and learning)."[19] Most studies prove that cinnamon is useful for preventing and reducing cognitive function impairment[19] Time and time again Cinnamon has been scientifically proven to be neuroprotective.[20]

E. coli: Believe it or not, a lot of scientific research into the pharmacology of herbal remedies and the complex phytochemicals that they produce yields miraculous results. The number of naturally occuring medicines that exist within plants(natural chemicals) that have been proven to kill E.coli in its tracks, is astounding! I've read study after study, on numerous ethnobotanicals, that all show the same results, the death of deadly E.coli bacteria. Studies have shown that extracts of Cinnamon kill E.coli![11][13][14]

Cinnamon has been utilized by human beings in both the culinary arts and traditional medicine by both the Egyptians and the Chinese.[11] The occult knows a lot about medicine, and a lot more about these plants than the average person. I want the Christians and Jews to know these things, and understand the true nature and origins of medicine, seed bearing herbs Ezekiel 47:12 "And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."

Nutritional Value: In addition to its arsenal of pharmacologically active phytochemicals, it also produces the more well known vitamins and minerals. Cinnamon contains ( according to the Department Of Agriculture ) 1 teaspoon of powder cinnamon contains vitamins A, B, C, and K, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, etc.[11]

Mixes well with: Medically, sense it's good for the cardiovascular system, and the brain and heart, anything else of the like, such as Cacao(chocolate) A recipe from a great book I cite says to take 1/2 teaspoon of coriander, 1/2 teaspoonn of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder to a cup of hot water.. then steep as usual for 5 to ten minutes, and drink it wihout straining out the plant material.[18] Do this for fevers.[18]
